Damages can be avoided during the packing, moving, and unpacking process. Unfortunately, there are quite a few moving companies out there who could care less about damaging your personal contents during the moving process. Worker's move about with little supervision or guidance while so-called supervisors or team leaders stand around smoking or conducting non business related cell phone coversations.
